Towers along Flagler Drive
Loading docks, service elevators and a manager's calendar. We size the crew to fit the window.

Downtown West Palm Beach faces the Intracoastal along Flagler Drive, and many people there live in condo and apartment towers with a loading dock, a service elevator and a manager who keeps the calendar. Our condo movers work inside that calendar: we take the window the building gives us and size the crew so the job fits in it.
Palm Beach County's rules for movers keep the total at or under the written estimate unless the customer did not meet their side of the agreement, and leaving the freight elevator unreserved is the kind of thing that counts. That is why we ask you to confirm the reservation with the building, and why we check it again ourselves the week of the move.
Clematis Street is downtown's main street for restaurants and events, and a truck needs a legal place to stand nearby. We ask the building about its loading zone and check whether anything is closing streets around it on your date.

Historic streets and condos
El Cid, Old Northwood, Flamingo Park and Grandview Heights, plus condo communities with rules of their own.

El Cid lies along the Intracoastal south of downtown, Old Northwood is to the north, and Flamingo Park and Grandview Heights sit a little inland. All four are historic districts, and in an older house we look first for the narrowest point of the route, be it a stair, a porch door or a hallway turn, before we look at the furniture.
Larger condo communities write rules of their own. Sterling Villages, for example, approves residents before they move in and keeps commercially marked vehicles out of its parking areas except a covered garage, so we confirm where our truck may stand before the day. Our guide to condo move paperwork covers the approvals.

The drive up I-95
We put the loaded truck on I-95 between rush hours, and time crossings to Palm Beach around drawbridges.

The 23.8 miles from our office run mostly along I-95, which slows at rush hour through Palm Beach County. We set the start time so the loaded truck is on the highway between the morning and evening peaks, and we tell you when to expect us at the other end.
If you are moving across the water to Palm Beach, all three bridges from West Palm Beach are drawbridges, and we time the crossing with an opening in mind. Downtown is also the county seat and a business district, and we handle office moves there as well as homes.
Moving in West Palm Beach: questions
All questionsHow long is the drive from your office to West Palm Beach?
About 37 minutes for the 23.8 miles when the roads are clear. At rush hour I-95 can take much longer, so we plan the start around the traffic rather than the clock.
Can you work with a building that only allows moves on weekdays?
Many downtown buildings set their own move hours, and some do not allow moves on weekends or holidays. We fit the date to your building's calendar first and ours second.
