Gated golf communities
PGA National, BallenIsles, Mirasol: on the gate list, certificate on file, truck kept off the lawn.

PGA National, BallenIsles and Mirasol are gated golf communities, and in each a moving truck gets past the gatehouse only when it is expected. Smaller gated neighborhoods across the city work the same way, so the first call of a move here goes to the community office.
Ask the office how vendors are let in, whether a certificate of insurance has to be on file, which days and hours moves are allowed, and whether there is a limit on truck size or street parking. We send the certificate, ask to be put on the gate list for your date, and keep the truck where the rules say it may stand.
If your driveway is pavers or the truck has to stop beside a lawn, tell us before the day. We keep the truck on the pavement, put down protection where a ramp meets a softer surface, and leave the yard as we found it.

I-95 or the Turnpike
Both reach PGA Boulevard. Load in the morning, unload that afternoon, clear of the evening rush.

At 32.5 miles, Palm Beach Gardens is one of the longer drives from our office, and both I-95 and Florida's Turnpike reach it at PGA Boulevard. We pick the road by the time of day and the address, since a community near the Turnpike and a condo near US1 are different trips.
On a move this far, the start time matters more than usual. Loading in the morning and unloading the same afternoon keeps the work inside a community's permitted hours and keeps the truck off I-95 in the evening rush.
Into the Gardens, or south
Condos near PGA Boulevard have rules too, and seasonal residents can time a move to the season.

Apartments and condos near PGA Boulevard, The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens have move rules too, from elevator bookings to set loading hours. We handle them the way we handle a gated community: rules first, then furniture.
If you are leaving the Gardens for Delray Beach, our office is a short drive from the 55+ communities there, from Kings Point to the Villages of Oriole. Seasonal residents who arrive in late October or November and leave after Easter can plan around those dates with our seasonal moving service.

Moving in Palm Beach Gardens: questions
All questionsDo you need a gate pass to move me into PGA National?
Each gated community decides that for itself, so ask the management office or the gatehouse how it handles a moving company. Pass us the answer and the date, and we will send the certificate of insurance or vendor details they ask for before the day.
How long does a move from Delray Beach to Palm Beach Gardens take?
The driving part is roughly 47 minutes on a clear road. Loading and unloading depend on the size of the home, the stairs or elevators at each end and the gate rules, and we will talk you through the timing when you ask for a quote.
Can you move me from Palm Beach Gardens to Jupiter or Juno Beach?
Both are just north of the Gardens, and we plan those moves the same way, with the building's rules first. Condos in Jupiter can be strict: Jupiter Harbour, for example, asks for elevator pads on every move, 24 hours' notice to the manager, a pass for the guard gate and board approval of every sale and lease.
