Most of what goes wrong in a move goes wrong in small moments: a corner caught on a door frame, a box with no label, a dresser that slid in the truck, a bill that did not match the quote. Care is what stops those moments, so it is the word on the side of the truck.
It is also something you can check. You can see it in how a crew sets up before lifting anything, how the furniture is wrapped and how the truck is loaded, and you can read it in an estimate that lists every charge.
